Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide 350k Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "350k" or "Platform" — refers to the 350k.my website and all services offered under it, including all slots games, Live Casino, and financial facilities available to registered users.
• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at 350k, including you as the reader of this document.
• "Credits" — refers to the cash balance in your account 350k which can be used to play any of the games available on the platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any additional credits, free credits, or other benefits awarded by 350k to members through a variety of promotional programmes that run from time to time.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, a software system that ensures every game outcome at 350k are random and completely free from any external influence.
• "Rollover" — the wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus or bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn from the account 350k.

To register and use the services of 350k, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

350k offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to reward loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be understood before claiming:

• 100% first deposit bonus up to RM500, exclusively for new members making their first deposit. A 5x rollover must be met before any bonus-related withdrawals are permitted.
• A 10% weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on net slots losses from the previous week, with a minimum qualifying loss of RM50.
• VIP free credits for Silver members and above are credited every Friday with a 2x rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible offer, unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer's terms.

• All game outcomes generated by the RNG system are final and cannot be disputed. Stated RTP values are long-term statistical estimates, not a guarantee of returns for any individual gaming session.
• Technical interruptions during gameplay — such as loss of internet connection — may result in a suspended round. 350k will attempt to restore the last recorded game state, but is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the user's end.

• Any evidence of automated software (bots), hacking or exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register.
• Using funds obtained unlawfully or engaging in any form of money laundering activity through the platform 350k.
• Attempting to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt the operations of the platform 350k in any way whatsoever.
• Providing false information to the support team or during the identity verification process.
• Promoting the use of the platform to individuals under the age of 18.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or game mechanics for unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all accumulated credits and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

350k reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Activity that is suspicious or potentially involves fraud, money laundering or security threats.
• A voluntary account closure request made by the user.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 350k. Prior to closure, all rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any valid credits may be withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, the liability of 350k is limited to the following:

• 350k is not liable for any losses not directly caused by its own negligence or wrongful conduct 350k yourself.
• 350k is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages on the user's end, device failures, or third-party service interruptions.

• Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) applies to all personal data processing at 350k.
• Any dispute that cannot be resolved bilaterally will be referred to the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
• Failure 350k to enforce any term at any point in time shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce that term in the future.
